The happy hour is the “see and be seen” social event of the conference with a full buffet and bar. Sponsor logo attribution on signage in various locations throughout the reception and attribution included in program schedules. The bar and menu as selected by Phocuswright are included in the fee. Additional AV, lighting, decorations, upgrades to the menu is an additional fee to the client and must be approved by Phocuswright. This is a non exclusive sponsorship.
