Neil is the Managing Director for Sales and Distribution Strategy and has been with American Airlines since 2002. He started his career in the AAdvantage frequent flyer program and has also worked in the Revenue Management, Sales Strategy and Distribution groups.
Neil oversees teams that are responsible for AA's global corporate and agency program strategy, small and medium business product development, B2B marketing and OTA and MSE relationships. In addition, his teams manage AA's distribution strategy including GDS relationships, NDC development and NDC integrations.
Neil and his wife Katie live in Flower Mound, Texas with their two boys, Landon and Carter.
