Jasmyn Farris is the Chief People Operations officer for iSeatz – a digital commerce and loyalty tech solution provider.
She originally hails from New York where she spent the beginning of her career in Financial Services and non profit work before pivoting to Hospitality, working as an operations, strategy and marketing leader for several food giants including Danny Meyer and Chef Emeril Lagasse and Burger King Corporation.
Jasmyn is passionate about organizational effectiveness and change management, strategic planning and people operations. She has built Centers of Excellence in all of these areas throughout her career and thrives as a business partner to all cross functional stakeholders. Her HR journey began, in earnest, when she moved into the hospitality industry where inevitably you become a HR leader because everyone wears a million hats and swim lanes tend to be very blurred. Working in New Orleans for an organization that was providing pathways to meaningful, life-changing employment to many marginalized and underserved residents of the city really impacted her to think about things differently and strive for equity in the workplace.
In her spare time, Jasmyn enjoys traveling, knitting and embarking on adventures with her husband and twin six year-olds.
