As Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Hyatt, Ronisha Goodwin supports the creation and sustainment of inclusive work environments at Hyatt locations and offices across the globe. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Ronisha began her Hyatt career as a Human Resources Corporate Management Trainee at the Hyatt Orlando. During her career with Hyatt, Ronisha has held Human Resources leadership roles at multiple properties on the east coast. At the corporate level, she has supported both full-service and select service Hyatt properties within her roles on the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Human Resources Operations functional teams. Ronisha serves on the advisory boards of Cheyney University’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management (HRTM) Program and National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH). Her passions include The Ohio State University football, fashionable accessories and cultivating deep and meaningful relationships centered in laughter and fun.
