The Phocuswright Conference room block
We are pleased to offer conference attendees an exclusive rate of $339 per night plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at this special rate, reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees. Please note that individuals who book within the room block but are not registered for the event will be removed from the block and charged the prevailing public rate by the hotel.
As a bonus, we are waiving the $42 daily destination fee for attendees who book within the room block, with a two-night minimum stay required.
Cancellation Policy:
To confirm your hotel reservation within the conference room block, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking.
Please note: Cancellations made after October 16, 2025 will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and may be subject to full payment of the amount due under the reservation.
