Product Description: Tripkicks is an add-on to business travel programs that provides companies with the tools to influence traveler behavior and empower travelers with the knowledge they need for a successful trip. We work with travel managers and companies throughout the world to help them better support their travelers, make progress on corporate initiatives, and achieve their program goals. Tripkicks integrates into existing business travel technology, beginning with SAP Concur.
Business Model: Tripkicks sells direct to the enterprise companies, with additional support from a network of TMC channel partners. Tripkicks offers three product modules: Insights, Guidance, and Motivators. The pricing for each module is volume based, where Tripkicks earns revenue for each trip where it helps to impact traveler behavior.
Competitive Edge: Our unique integration with our first booking tool partner, SAP Concur, provides us access to the largest business travel market. Our distinct value proposition, sales efforts, channel partners, and influential early customers have led to significant brand recognition.
Market Opportunity: If companies were better able to influence traveler behavior, travelers would be safer, more productive, more policy compliant, and make decisions in line with company ESG objectives. Key travel decisions are made within Corporate Booking Tools, which are primarily legacy platforms that lack the ability to effectively influence behavior. Tripkicks integrates into existing travel technology, bringing the tools companies need to achieve their desired travel behavior.
