Exclusive Conference Savings
Registered Phocuswright Conference attendees can take advantage of an exclusive room rate of $363 per night (plus tax) at the Diplomat Beach Resort. Booking within the official conference room block keeps you steps away from the action and includes valuable attendee-only perks, such as:
- Complimentary Wi-Fi for Hilton Honors members
- The standard $59 nightly resort fee is waived for conference attendees
- Attendees receive wristbands for access to the three pool areas
- Fitness Center access
If you would like to take advantage of additional amenities, a reduced resort fee of just $20 per night, exclusive to conference attendees, can be added at check-in. Included in the resort fee: 1 fitness class per day; 1 beach lounger per registered guest; 10% off cabanas; 1-hour non-motorized water sport; 1 hour e-bike usage; poolside concierge services including daily activities; yard games; access to kids club.
Booking Details
- A two-night minimum stay is required
- Rooms are reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees. Please note that individuals who book within the room block but are not registered for the event will be removed from the block and charged the prevailing public rate by the hotel.
- A one-night room and tax deposit is required to confirm your reservation
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled by October 1, 2026
- Cancellations after this date will forfeit the deposit
