Since joining Intrepid nearly two decades ago, he has guided the business through periods of significant growth and challenge, including achieving B Corp certification, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and securing the company’s largest capital raise. In 2025, James led Intrepid to the strongest financial and impact results in our history.
