Jenny Wenjie Wu has been Chief Strategy Officer of Ctrip.com International, Ltd since November 2013. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer between May 2012 and November 2013 and as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer between December 2011 and May 2012 in Ctrip. Prior to joining Ctrip, Ms. Wu was an equity research analyst covering China Internet and Media industries in Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and in Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Wu worked in the Department of Enterprises Operations and Management in China Merchants Holdings (International) Company Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from 2003 to 2005. Ms. Wu holds a Ph.D. degree in finance from the University of Hong Kong, a Master’s degree in philosophy in finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Nan Kai University, China. Ms. Wu is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Ms. Wu also serves as an independent director of Kingsoft Corporation Limited from March 2013, as well as an independent director of Xunlei Limited from June 2014.
