Matt Kujawa leads client services teams working to strategize and deliver transformational digital experiences and next generation services to clients. He holds dual responsibilities at SapientNitro as both Vice President for the Southeast Region and serves as the Global Lead for their Travel & Hospitality practice due to of his extensive experience working with industry clients including Celebrity Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, SeaWorld, Club Med, and Sandals Resorts to name a few.
Most recently, he has been instrumental in partnering with Carnival Corporation’s centralized strategy organization to transform the world's largest travel leisure company’s approach to sales and marketing. The Carnival program includes multiple strategy and technology consulting initiatives ranging from portfolio strategy to data management and analytics, consumer experience design, and development and deployment of the supporting technology platforms across the portfolio. He also plays a key role in a current positioning of Universal Orlando Parks & Resorts as a complete vacation destination. Universal is working with SapientNitro to transform the end-to-end guest experience and expand its digital offerings as an integral part of the guest experience.
Residing in Coconut Grove, Florida with his wife and four children, he is actively involved in the community and on the board of an international botanical garden, The Kampong. In his spare time, Matt enjoys boating, fishing and running.
