As Expedia Group’s first Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Learning Lead, Zack leverages education to create inclusive workplaces and to sustain inclusive action around the globe. Zack drives behavior change by creating and delivering custom inclusion learning content on topics ranging from allyship to identity to inclusive language for Expedia Group and our travel partners’ employees. Zack also incorporates inclusion into Expedia Group’s full Learning platform spanning onboarding, hiring, performance development, feedback, leadership training, etc. Zack curated and maintains a network of 90+ train the trainers globally who support the scale and localization of his curriculum. Committed to sharing best practices, Zack has deep public speaking and facilitation experience spanning 20+ countries.
Prior to Expedia Group, Zack spent 7 years working at higher education institutions focused on developing cultural understanding, inclusion & diversity initiatives, and managing inclusion centers for campus populations. Zack received his Master of Education in Social Justice Education & Community Engagement, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Policy, and completed Cornell University’s Change Management online program.
