François joined Eurostar in 2011 in London, initially taking on analytical roles before progressing to several senior positions within the Commercial function. He became Head of Business Performance in 2015, then Business Optimisation Director in 2019. François was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in December 2020, where he oversees the company’s revenue generation, Revenue Management & Pricing, all marketing initiatives, customer experience, sales channels (including digital), and the development of ancillary products. Over the past decade at Eurostar, he has addressed key challenges such as route expansion, introducing a new train fleet, managing low leisure demand amid recurring terrorist attacks, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, and leading the Eurostar-Thalys merger.
