Jen Shepherd leads Uber's Global Transit business - a partner to cities and transit agencies, with the mission of making transit more accessible to those who need it most. Jen and her team are passionate about helping transit agencies and operators achieve their goals around improved equity and access, increased ridership, better customer experience, and greater operations flexibility. Previously, Jen led Uber’s Southeast US operations for micromobility and delivery businesses. Prior to joining Uber, Jen held leadership positions across operations, strategy, and finance in the freight, consumer products, and homebuilding industries. She earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard, and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
