Trisha Chakraborty is Head of Business Services for Chase Travel Group. In this role, Trisha is responsible for delivering an integrated platform across Chase’s acquired companies (cxLoyalty and FROSCH) and ensuring seamless customer and advisor experiences alike. Previously, Trisha was Head of Premium Travel for Chase Travel, and prior to that Head of Strategy for the business. She has been on the Chase Travel journey since it was launched as a standalone business within Chase in 2021, to the top 5 global leisure travel agency it is today. Trisha started her career at JPMorgan Chase and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is based in New York.
