Her background also includes business development roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Pyramid Global Hospitality, along with operational experience from Hilton Worldwide’s Management Training Program and the Washington Hilton hotel in D.C. Chelsea’s expertise spans hotels, F&B, wellness, membership programs, global brand development, brand loyalty, technology, and operations. Her keen interest in consumer trends gives her a nuanced perspective on the evolving needs of the industry and the real-world adoptability of travel technology. At TIP, Chelsea supports both investment activity and portfolio strategy, with a particular emphasis on driving value creation for portfolio companies and fostering relationships and integrations with our Strategic Investors (LPs), while also contributing to broader growth and innovation objectives of the firm.
