Fabio Godinho has been the CEO of CVC Corp since June 2023 and brings over 15 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, and franchising industries. He served as CEO of GJP Hotels & Resorts, where he led the company’s restructuring and sale — the largest transaction ever completed in the Brazilian hotel sector — and was also CEO of Webjet, driving its transformation into a low-cost carrier and subsequent sale to Gol. He was responsible for leading the Tim Hortons master franchise operations in the U.S. and founded the proptech MyDoor. At CVC, he previously held leadership roles between 2008 and 2014, contributing to the company’s IPO. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA from IBMEC-SP, and executive education from Kellogg and Wharton. His career is marked by business transformation and strategic leadership.
