Joe Iriarte is a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Booking Holdings, where he helps manage M&A and new investments for Booking Holdings' brands, including Booking.com, Priceline, KAYAK, Agoda, FareHarbor, and OpenTable. Prior to joining Booking Holdings, Joe was an Investment Banker for 12 years at Citigroup, where he advised companies on global M&A and investments. Joe holds a M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
