His previous three companies each scaled to be over $100 million plus enterprises and were either taken public or acquired by major corporations such as United Airlines, and American Express.
Throughout his career, Layton has built companies that bridge technology and commerce, empowering brands to better engage with customers through verified data and aligned digital experiences. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
