• On October 1, 2025, Phocuswright will select the Prize winner in a random drawing from all valid entries received.
• Prize is non-transferable to another individual or Phocuswright attendee.
• If selected winner has already reserved a room in the Manchester Grand Hyatt during those dates – no reimbursement or further prize is available. Another contestant will be chosen to win the prize.
