“Super Human Culture and Connection”

In a world of “You, Me and the Machine” what does it mean to be human? As we learn to leverage AI, what human qualities are our super powers? What cannot be replicated by the machine?

Research shows us that vibrant, diverse, purposeful workplace culture and strong people-to-people connections are key to meaningful growth within organizations.
  • What does it take to have the people and culture we need?
  • What does diversity and inclusion look like through the lens of an evolving remote workforce?
  • How does a multigenerational team give us a competitive edge?
  • What are we doing right and what can we do better?
We’ll wrangle with these questions together in large and small-group formats with our featured guests and Diversity Advocates. Bring your curiosity and contributions to this session as we dig into these challenging questions for the world of travel tech.

We are recruiting Diversity Advocates to facilitate tables at this event. They will share initiatives they have implemented in their own organizations that address issues related to diversity and inclusion and will serve as a source for PhocusWire throughout the coming year.
