We have secured special room rates at the beautiful Diplomat Beach Resort. The conference room block is now available at the special rate of $347 per night plus tax for Phocuswright Conference attendees.

In addition to our reduced room rates, attendees booking at the Diplomat Resort will have the opportunity to select their room of choice at no additional cost. Enhance your time at the event and take advantage of this limited time offer to upgrade your room at the same low rate. Choose a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean or the intracoastal waterway and the upgrade fees are waived. There are even a number of Diplomat Suites for the same nightly attendee rate. Quantities are limited, it is on a first-come-first-serve basis and you need to act quickly to ensure the room of your choice.

Reservation details:

• Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
• A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference room block.
• Rooms in the conference block will include Wi-Fi and Fitness Center Access.
• The resort fee of $39 per night will be waived* for rooms reserved in the Phocuswright Conference block.
• One night room and tax deposit are required to confirm the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to Friday, October 6, 2023. Reservations cancelled after the deadline will forfeit the deposit of one night room and tax.

About the resort fee

The $39 per night resort fee will be waived for rooms booked in the Phocuswright Conference block. Guest rooms reserved in the conference block include Wi-Fi and Fitness Center Access.
