Product Description: Nezasa's core product, TripBuilder, allows for planning and booking of hyper-personalized itineraries in real time. Users can interactively design and modify personalized travel itineraries involving many different travel products from connected sources. TripBuilder also provides lots of post-booking functionalities such as automated booking changes. TripBooster, Nezasa's newest product, extends these capabilities across the life cycle to provide a real incremental selling experience.
Market Opportunity: Customers are looking for a more connected travel experience. A Booking.com global study from late 2018 found 57% of the 12,500 travelers from nearly 30 different countries wanted 'a single app for all their planning, booking and travel needs.' Furthermore, travelers are developing an increasing demand for personalization as well as the desire to not only book what they want, but also when they want it. Providing tools for these customer demands is a huge market opportunity that Nezasa is tapping into.
