Product Description: MyStay is an all-in-one guest experience solution that connects travel accommodations with their guests after reservation, makes various reception processes contactless and brings back outstanding hospitality by: automating the pre-arrival process, facilitating communication with guests during and after stay, digitizing necessary information related to stay, online check-in registration, payment and e-keys, SelfService Kiosk, personalized upsell based on guest preferences and online checkout.
Business Model: Free for guests. We charge hotels for license per month per room, based on the version they use. There are also add-ons, upgrades and integrations available. We also charge payment fee.
Competitors: Solutions which serve any part of the guest journey, such as GuestJoy, Oaky app or Duve.
Competitive Edge: ll-in-one complex solution, with our own light self-checkin/check-out kiosk. Smart data collection & usage. Used in big hotels also small properties.
Market Opportunity: Our primary market is independent hotels and chains, (approx. 3M on Booking.com, worldwide 10M travel accommodations). The secondary market targets are our hospitality software partners, to whom we primarily sell whitelabel solution for their PMS.
