Product Description: We offer two products: Mobi Agent for Agents for call center and internal tour planning teams and Mobi Agent as B2B2C trip planner. Agent for Agents integrates with internal operation tooling and Agent integrates seamlessly into partner web or mobile applications. Both come fully configured or fully customizable development kits and sit on top of our core Agent Platform that handles inventory and content ingestion and enhancement, explicit traveler profile management, trip planning, routing and monitoring as a service.
Business Model: Mobi Agent for Agents and Mobi Agent are both B2B SaaS products built on our Agent Platform. Our business model is to always make or save our clients 10x the cost of our contracts, increase the number of trips their customers take with them per year, increase tRevPar (or equivalent) and drive unmatched insight into who the customer is, what they always love, where they want to go and what they want to spend.
Competitors: Pen, paper and excel. Doing nothing. Large internal human teams. Palentir, Microsoft, IBM, Google (but none are B2B with scaled, travel centric SaaS product).
Competitive Edge: Traditionally the world’s best planning and optimization platforms are pointed at military and logistics. We have built the world’s strongest planning team on the planet and pointed it at what we believe to be the hardest human planning problem: travel.
Market Opportunity: As you all know, travel is a highly consolidated space and we work with some of the largest hotels, airlines, OTAs, theme parks and TMCs on the planet. We only create partnerships where we see at least 50M in cost savings through Mobi Agent for Agents or 100M in additional revenue through Mobi Agent and where we are sure we and the partner will execute.
