Product Description: Mobi IDS ingests, cleans and structures data from multiple sources to provide real-time and accurate information about anything and everything surrounding any location or property, from dining and transportation options to activities, attractions, wildlife and more. This creates a transformational customer experience for travel, tourism and hospitality companies by unlocking the ability to offer experience-led searches using natural language and provide highly personalized recommendations for any customer query.
Business Model: Mobi creates custom solutions for enterprise customers using our flexible, extensible platform of services. Typically our contracts combine a service charge for the build with a SaaS license for the services used over time.
Competitors: There are no direct competitors. No one has our combination of capabilities. LLM based solutions are being tested but they have well-known issues of low accuracy, high cost and out of date data.
Competitive Edge: Only Mobi IDS can help guests of hospitality companies find the perfect property in the perfect place to fulfill their needs and desires thanks to our collaborative suite of AI tools and techniques that enrich each search with a real-time understanding of our dynamic world on-premises and in-market.
Market Opportunity: The experiential travel market is predicted to eclipse $1T by 2025. With Mobi IDS, hospitality companies could engage earlier in the funnel, boost loyalty by delivering personalized experiences and drive revenue through seamless direct booking. Oliver Wyman recently pegged the risk and opportunity of investing in AI solutions in the hospitality industry in their most recent report at losing an additional 13.8 percent of booking share to OTAs without investment as opposed to increasing share by almost 6% with significant investment.
Early Customers: TUI is the first customer to implement Mobi Intent Based Search though conversations with major hoteliers in progress.
