Event: 2026 Phocuswright Conference
Product: Postra
HQ: Beijing, China
Principal(s): Gordon Liu, Founder & CEO of Letsfly
Funding: Self-funded
Product Description: Postra is the first productized module in Letsfly's modular travel infrastructure strategy. It delivers a standalone API for post-booking workflows — refunds, rescheduling, and ancillary fulfillment including seat selection, baggage, meals and priority boarding — across GDS, NDC, LCC and direct-connect content. OTAs can activate targeted capabilities within existing systems with minimal integration, without replacing their wider air retailing stack.
Business Model: Letsfly monetizes Postra through setup fees and usage-based transaction fees per operation. OTAs pay only for successful outcomes — failed transactions are not charged. The modular model lets OTAs adopt one capability at a time, prove value with minimal integration, and expand into additional Letsfly modules as needs evolve.
Competitors: Solutions such as Wenrix and Gordian address post-booking automation for larger OTAs and TMCs. Postra targets a different entry point — modular, pay-per-success access for OTAs seeking to automate specific workflows without a full platform commitment or high upfront cost.
Competitive Edge: Postra unifies GDS, NDC and LCC post-booking automation — refunds, rescheduling and ancillary — in one API, without full-stack replacement. Pay-per-success pricing removes upfront risk. A built-in human fallback ensures SLA delivery when automation cannot complete.
Market Opportunity: Established OTAs increasingly need to modernize specific parts of their air stack without rebuilding mature systems. Post-booking servicing — refunds, rescheduling, and ancillary fulfillment across seat selection, baggage and meals — remains largely manual, fragmented across GDS, NDC and LCC channels, and a source of revenue leakage. Modular infrastructure creates a path to targeted upgrades with minimal integration effort. Postra addresses this gap first, while demonstrating how additional Letsfly capabilities can be deployed independently as OTA needs evolve.
Early Customers: Mid-sized and smaller OTAs, such as VakaTrip, as early adopters of Postra’s modular servicing capabilities.
