Product Description: Pintours is the AI layer for in-destination experiences. One integration turns any venue, vehicle, ship, or app into a personal guide: a concierge that adapts in real time, GPS-triggered cinematic narration in any language, AR that reveals what a place used to be, and turn-by-turn navigation. Guests book dining, transport, and tickets in the same conversation. Attractions deploy it for their guests; airlines, cruises, resorts and sports properties embed it for their customers.
Business Model: White-label B2B: venues, attractions and destinations license Pintours' AI experience layer, while airlines, hotels, cruises, OTAs and tourism boards embed it in their own apps. We earn a platform fee plus a share of every experience booked — through partner channels, our network, or direct. Guides share in what their content earns.
Competitors: Layla and Mindtrip end at the booking. Human guides and concierges pick it up from there, one guest at a time. We're that guide, for everyone, everywhere.
Competitive Edge: One integration, two sides of the market. Experienced operators get a world-class AI guide and concierge for every guest in every language. Airlines, hotels, cruises, leagues, and tourism boards embed the same layer so customers can book or build any experience by chat.
Market Opportunity: Travelers expect personalization, but in-destination experiences — audio guides, tours, concierge apps — are static, single-purpose and sold one download or trip at a time. That market is $271B, growing 8% a year toward $342B by 2029, and two-thirds of it is still booked offline, in-destination. Pintours sits in the gap between the OTA booking layer and the on-site moment, turning it into engagement and spend for attractions, airlines, resorts, cruises, and destinations.
Early Customers: Uber, GetYourGuide, Yelp, OpenTable, Viator, Klook and the FIFA host cities.
