Greg Greeley President of Homes
Greg Greeley leads and manages our Homes business, which includes more than 4.5 million listings in 81,000 cities around the world, and our Airbnb For Everybody strategy, including Airbnb Plus, Airbnb Collections, our expanded Superhost program, and our new Superguest initiative.

He has rich experience across multiple industries including developing a variety of two-sided marketplaces – in Airbnb’s case, our community of hosts and guests – and scaling them for extraordinary growth.

Prior to joining Airbnb, Greg spent over 18 years at Amazon, where he most recently managed Amazon’s Global Prime program, a subscription service he helped invent and launch in 2005. In this capacity, Greg oversaw Prime’s ongoing expansion into multiple countries and the introduction of dozens of new shopping, digital media, and delivery benefits.

Previously at Amazon, he managed the company’s European consumer e-commerce businesses and oversaw the expansion into new and emerging markets from India to Brazil.

He has also held various executive roles at Amazon overseeing Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketplace, Retail and Marketing. He previously held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, United Airlines and McDonnell Douglas.

Greg holds an MBA from the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, a Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Washington.

Greg is an advisory board member of University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering.
