As Senior Vice President, Traci Mercer leads multiple lines of business at Sabre: Distribution Strategy of Indirect Channels, 3rd Party Partnerships and Lodging, Ground & Sea. Mercer provides the leadership and general management; developing and executing the overall strategy to align buyers and sellers while driving operational performance, this includes negotiating enterprise wide commercial contracts with supply partners that align with the unique sources of demand from Sabre’s agency and customer base. In addition, she oversees the end-to-end responsibilities for a team of direct and matrixed leaders that includes sales, account management, product management, development and marketing. Mercer brings more than 20 years of industry experience, having held various leadership roles related to business strategy, general management and sales/account management for leading companies such as Hootsuite, Expedia, and Hilton.

Mercer has successfully led the charge as a ‘change-agent’ and ‘game-changer’ in a variety of complex matrix and cross-functional global business units within larger multi-national corporate structures. Additionally, she is known as an active voice and leader in the travel industry for women’s leadership development. Mercer speaks on the topic and is a founding member of the GBTA, Strategic Advisory Board for Women in Travel. Her work has been internationally recognized having been named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech 2020 by the National Diversity Council, 2019 Woman of Influence in Travel by GBTA as well as one of the Top 40 Women in Travel and a Top 3 Finalist for 2019 Global Business Travel Industry Woman of the Year

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time volunteering and spending time with her husband and their English Bulldogs.
