Drew Pinto is the Global Officer of Global Sales, Distribution and Revenue Management for Marriott International. He leads a team of 7,000 associates dedicated to delivering commercial results by driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and enabling customer success across Marriott’s sales channels. Drew’s portfolio encompasses channels that represent over $35 billion in revenue and 67 million customer contacts annually. He has responsibility for the Global Sales Organization that manages the company’s largest multinational accounts worldwide across all segments from luxury, group, leisure and corporate transient. Additionally, Drew leads Marriott’s Customer Engagement Centers, whose associates engage with 65 million customers annually.
Drew has spent 18 years at Marriott in leadership roles, always focused on developing innovative strategies, transforming organizations, delivering results, and building meaningful relationships with customers and partners. He is active in the industry and serves on advisory boards for the American Hotel & Lodging Association and several new ventures. Prior to joining Marriott, Drew worked at Accenture, where he developed turnaround strategies for major retail clients. Early in his career he served as a special assistant to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and an MBA from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife and two sons.
