Helane Becker is a Managing Director at Cowen and Company responsible for equity research on Airline and Air Related Industries. Ms. Becker, a 1979 graduate of Montclair State University has spent the past 35 years on Wall Street at various firms as an equity research analyst. She appears regularly on CNBC and on Bloomberg-TV as a guest commentator regarding the Airline Industry. Helane served three terms on the US Department of Commerce’s Travel and Tourism Advisory Board. She is currently on the US Chamber of Commerce’s Travel and Tourism Industry. In addition, Ms. Becker is on the Advisory Board of the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University.

She is also on the Executive Committee and Chair of the CFA program. She has an MBA 1984 from New York University and is married.
