Michael has 20+ years experience in the Air Transport Industry (ATI) advising governments and industry how to transform towards a seamless travel experience. He has worked with booking/reservation systems, immigration, aviation security, airport security screening, border control, COVID passports/credentials, intelligence and enforcements systems that span the entire travel continuum.

Michael is an advocate for Digital Travel and biometrics, with strong privacy and trust controls, as the key enabler to successfully transform the traveler journey.
