Caroline is CEO at Travel & Expense Management consultancy Festive Road. Caroline’s career includes leadership roles at Cisco, Yahoo, AstraZeneca and American Express. Caroline also has received several awards in recognition of her services to the industry. The most recent include Business Travel News Top 25 most influential people and the IBM iX everywoman Entrepreneur of the Year.

Caroline is an advocate for equality in the workplace, she sits on the GBTA Foundation board and has delivered a TEDx entitled “Why gender equality is not just about women”. She’s mum to twin girls and a keen netball player.
