Emily is a natural leader who believes positive touchpoints with customers is the cornerstone of success. With over 20 years of product, operations, and strategic partner experience across multiple industries, Emily works closely with all aspects of our business—fostering collaboration across teams to ensure growth for partners and sustainability for customers.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Shepard University, and she is passionate about providing products and services that help people. She is the personification of our efforts to hire for heart. She takes “caring” to another level as she advocates for our customers, champions her team, supports our partners . . . and even fosters dogs. For several years, she has focused on rescuing senior and disabled dogs—the ones she kindly refers to as “less adoptable.”
