Jennifer Hsieh Managing Vice President & Category Leader, Endorsements & Experiences
Jennifer is Managing Vice President & Global Category Leader, Premium & Endorsed Brands. She is responsible for Marriott’s newest brands and experiences, including: MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, Homes & Villas by Marriot Bonvoy, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy, and our recent expansion in the Outdoor Category with Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy. In addition to these new brands, she has global responsibility for the company’s Premium Brands, including, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Delta Hotels, Westin, Renaissance Hotels, Le Meridien, Autograph Collection, and Tribute Collection. Jennifer’s key focus is to drive growth, brand strategy, and customer love for these brands.

Previously, Jennifer led Marriott’s first entry into the home rental business. Under her leadership, Homes & Villas grew from a concept to a global business with 200k+ premium and luxury homes in 10k+ destinations for Marriott Bonvoy members, expanding choice in accommodation for all their travel needs. As an award-winning platform in the vacation rental industry, Homes & Villas continues to innovate its platform and guest experiences with recent launches of ‘Search with GenAI’ functionality, seamless payment experiences with Bonvoy points, and curated collections of remarkable homes.

Prior to this role, Jennifer served as VP, CX Innovation, guiding enterprise innovation for the world’s largest hotel company. She brought together innovation, business strategy, and a deep understanding of consumers to innovate for Marriott’s portfolio of 30+ brands. Jennifer has delivered industry-leading concepts in meetings, reimagined the food & beverage experience, designed and launched new business adjacencies, introduced emerging technologies (voice and Internet of Things) and led Marriott’s pilot into the home-sharing industry. She is a frequent speaker on Innovation, Emerging Technologies, Customer-Centricity, and Future Trends in the Short Term Rental Industry. She was named one of the Top 25 most influential people in the meetings industry in 2014, received a Leadership Award in Innovation by Great Places to Work in 2019 and recognized as one of ten leaders in The Short-Term Rental Industry 2020: Ones to Watch.

Jennifer received her MBA from Darden Business School and BA from the University of Virginia. She resides in Bethesda, MD with her husband and three sons.
