Carey Kyler is the Senior Director of Insights and Research at AARP Services, Inc., the for-profit division of AARP. As a Fortune 500 trained consumer insights expert, design thinker, former network television executive, and consumer evangelist, her passion is identifying opportunities and bringing new solutions based in consumer need. In her 10+ years at AARP, she has held roles in Strategy, Insights, Consumer Experience, and Innovation/Product Development. As Senior Director of Insights & Research for ASI, she is responsible for delivering actionable insights about older consumers that drive results for benefit providers and improve AARP member experience.
